1. Subject
These GTC define the rights and obligations between Elisedufresne.fr, seller of PowerPoint templates, and any individual or professional buyer making a purchase via the site https://elisedufresne.fr.
2. Products and Prices
The templates are provided in digital format. Prices are indicated in euros (€) and are subject to change. VAT applicable according to the legislation in force.
3. Order and Payment
The customer selects his template and proceeds to the payment via accepted means (credit card, PayPal, etc.). The order is confirmed after confirmation of payment.
4. Delivery
The templates are downloadable immediately after payment via a secure link. No physical media is shipped.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital products that can be downloaded do not benefit from the right of withdrawal once the download has been completed.
6. Liability
The seller is not liable for any damage related to the use of templates or their compatibility with unsupported software.
7. Intellectual property
The templates remain the property of Elisedufresne.fr. Any resale, reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
8. Data protection
Personal data of customers is collected in the context of the order and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be preferred before any legal action before the competent courts.
